WGA/Social League

 

All Village Ladies are welcome to join this league. The league does not play for points or prizes and as a result of this, we do not require you to have a handicap.  The applications are on our bulletin board at all the Pro Shops and on this site under Application.  We play Wednesdays, April thru mid October.

 

 We are now accepting membership dues for 2008.  Send your application (available at golf course bulletin boards and our web site)  and check for $5.00, made payable to "WGA Social League" to:  Erin Garrison, 156 Maderas Drive, HSV 71909.

 

 

The Fall Luncheon will be at the Coronado Center on October 15th from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  The cost will be $8.75 and will be catered by Ramona's.  We will be having chicken, rice, mixed vegetables, salad and dessert.  Water and ice tea will be available.

 

 

There will be a cash bar available and we will have door prizes.

 

 

Make your checks payable to the WGA Social League and mail to Judy Robbins, 34 Badajoz Way, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909.  You can also leave your checks with the starters for the next three weeks.

            

Our Village Junior Golf Committee is in need of both men and women to help in this year's Junior Golf program which starts Wed., June 6th and runs every Wed. (except July 4th) thru July 20th.  The club pros and Steve from Magellan will teach you how to teach the kids in putting and chipping.  Adults are also needed to accompany kids to Coronado to make sure they play safely and help them keep score.  The younger kids meet Wednesdays 3:00-4:30 at Magellan and the older kids meet at Granada.
